Designed specifically for flat packaging, this device can simultaneously label both sides of cartons, gift boxes, and flat bottles. It is widely used in the food and daily chemical industries, such as cosmetic gift boxes and food packaging.

Powered by an electric motor with a voltage of 220V, the machine is constructed from food-grade stainless steel and weighs approximately 200-250 kg. It achieves a labeling speed of 60-180 pieces per minute with an accuracy of ±0.3mm. It is suitable for self-adhesive and coated paper labels ranging from 20-120 mm wide and 30-200 mm long.

Powered by a PLC control system, it automatically completes the entire process from feeding, positioning, double-sided labeling, and label inspection. Changeovers take just 10 minutes, making it easy to operate. Video factory inspection and mechanical test reports are provided, along with a one-year warranty and online after-sales support. This ensures consistent labeling and is suitable for large-scale production.
